Position Summary & Responsibilities:

Nebo Comfort is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and an understanding of the HVAC industry. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for Nebo Comfort’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Account Management: Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote services, special offers, and company updates.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Nebo Comfort remains competitive.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business, preferably in the service industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
    • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
